tools to assist organizations in evaluating and improving service
provision.

Building Bridges: Tools for Developing an Organization’s Cultural
Competence―
This manual
presents a framework for individuals, groups, and organizations to
assess their level of cultural competence. It also provides
instructions for developing an action plan to improve cultural
competence in the workplace.

Growing Healthy Families: Tools for Developing an Organization’s
Family Strengths–Based Services―This
manual is designed to assist organizations in developing family
strengths–based services that will empower family members to reach
their greatest potential. In addition to serving as an assessment
instrument, the manual also
provides instructions for developing an action plan to improve
family
strengths–based services.

Teach Women to
Fish: Tools for Developing an Organization’s Services to Women―This
manual assists organizations that serve women in assessing services
currently offered and in developing an action plan that will move
the organization in the direction of strengthening services for
women and children. The instrument focuses specifically on women
with addiction disorders.
